We provide nationwide process serving for a fixed fee covering all types of court documents.
For urgent cases we offer same day and express process serves.
At CEA Legal we will cover all your process serving requirements. Whether you have a regular need for legal documents serving or a one off case, we can handle everything for you.

Our highly efficient back office system means that we quickly and effectively distribute cases to our agents nationwide. This provides our clients with a fast, professional and unbeatable service every time.
All instructions are carried out on a fixed fee basis, meaning you know exactly what you’ll pay, and there are no hidden charges.
We provide a statement of service for all cases and up to three visits are included in the fixed fee. When required, our agents can collect documents from your offices or the courts.

What services do we offer?
Standard Process Serves
For standard cases, the first attempt at service will be made within 48 hours of receiving the paperwork. If this first attempt is unsuccessful, our process agents will make two additional visits at different times of the day. We will always make at least one out of hours visit to residential addresses.
Express/Nominated Day Process Serves
For more urgent cases, our process servers can carry out same day paperwork collections and serves.
This includes at least one attempt at service within the first 24 hours. At CEA Legal we have a Duty Officer available out of hours. This enables all enquiries to be dealt with as quickly as possible and urgent cases to be allocated immediately.
Bulk Serves
For clients who have multiple documents to serve, we offer discounts depending on monthly quantities.
Additional Services
As part of our process serving package, we also offer our clients a number of other services. This includes tracing services. We have access to confidential databases, enabling us to quickly trace and locate people across the UK.
Through our parent company, CEA Limited, we provide a range of debt recovery services. From the initial debt enquiries and letter before action, through to County Court Judgements and High Court Enforcement, we provide a complete solution.
Client Communication
We have an extensive back office system that enables us to keep our clients updated on their cases. Our in-house admin team will provide updates after every attempt at service, on any developments and when we have successfully served the documents.
Once the process has been successfully served, our agents will complete all the necessary documentation. This includes statements, affidavits and proof of service. We have our own template system for documents, providing you with accurate proof of service that is compliant with Court requirements.
